We have been shaping the appearance of the first large hotel in Lipno nad Vltavou since the very beginning. Close cooperation with the investor has brought Lipno a real centre of social life, a centre which is the new heart of the tourist community.
We opened this destination project on 1 July 2021 and since then, it has been a prominent location on the map of the entire South Bohemian region.
This great place for family holidays, corporate events, meetings in person and sports enthusiasts is aimed at all those who enjoy spending time in the fresh air.
The hotel has 96 rooms, more than 300 beds and a professional conference hall for up to 500 people, which can be partitioned into several break-out rooms.
RESULTS ACHIEVED
- The project generated a turnover of over CZK 40 million in the first 3 months of opening.
- GOP for the first quarter after opening achieved a level of CZK 17 million.
