We opened a unique project created by the renowned architect Bára Škorpilová in Pec pod Sněžkou for the investment group Nordic Investors on 1 July 2020.
Grand Hotel Hradec has quickly become a popular place for all those looking for top services and the most wonderful surroundings in the whole of the Giant Mountains. The hotel has been visited by many celebrities and important personalities. The project also quickly put itself on the map with its high level of gastronomy , the person behind which is the ambitious young chef Jan Horák.
Despite the fact that we opened the hotel heading into the challenging COVID period, we managed to meet the targets of the business plan in the first year, this constituting a basis for financing of the project. In the second year of operation, we are well above the expectations of the investor and financing institutions.
The hotel has 68 rooms, 2 conference rooms, a luxurious spa and the distinctive Meat&Meet restaurant. The project boasts a unique heating and mountain air recuperation system which uses natural resources.
We are currently working to expand this project by adding more rooms, an aqua centre and a conference hall.
