Together with the investor’s architects, we designed the look of this new place for people to meet up in Lipno.
This à la carte restaurant with more than 300 seats is inspired by modern concepts in the Austrian and Italian Alps and brings top-quality gastronomic services to the destination.
Stodola is capable of handling up to 1,400 meals a day during the busiest periods, with a daily turnover in excess of CZK 400,000. The restaurant is inspired by local cuisine, which it combines with international trends after the fashion of Austrian and Italian “Barns” in the most famous ski resorts.
We have brought the experienced team of chef Michal Hruda to the destination, a man whose mission is to stamp the mark of experiential gastronomy on the town of Lipno.
