We took over the well-known Hotel Omnia in Janské Lázně just after the COVID period and reopened it on 1 June 2021.
In cooperation with the investor, we have improved what was not a very successful hotel with an excellent location within a few months and already led it to achieve significant commercial success during the first summer and winter.
The hotel has 43 rooms, a spa and swimming pool and a conference room.
RESULTS ACHIEVED
- We have bolstered the hotel team to include experienced managers and line staff.
- In the winter of 2021/2022, we achieved an occupancy rate of over 90% at an average price of more than CZK 3,000 per room per night.
We are currently working on an extension to the hotel.
