We took hold of this hotel shortly after its renovation and rebranding in spring 2017. Under our business management, the hotel has established itself as one of the most successful projects in South Moravia. During the cooperation, congress space was added, the wellness facilities were completely renovated and luxury suites were put in place.
We are currently working with the owners to expand the project with an additional 36-room annex.
We work with the owners on the hotel’s management, so the hotel is not in management contract mode, but a hybrid model.
